Prices quoted are for whole apartment NOT per person.
Booking details & Terms & Conditions A booking deposit of 25% is payable to confirm booking. Balance and a refundable damage deposit of £150/€200 to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday departure date. Apartment details/location maps and keys will be either sent to you directly on receipt of final payment or if booked through agent, available on your arrival at Malaga Airport. Change over day is Saturday/Sunday, apartment available 3.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated 10.00 am on day of departure. This allows for our maid service to have time to prepare the apartment for our next guests. Bath and hand towels are supplied for use in the apartments only. Clients must supply own pool/beach towels. Maid service will change linen and clean apartment once a week. You are responsible for your own insurance and all guests should ensure they are adequately covered. One set of keys will be supplied and in the event of these being lost, an emergency set will be available in the resort. There will be a small cost to replace the original set that has been lost. |
